  MobileSphere respects your privacy and the privacy of your telephone number data. Your name, telephone number and email address, and the telephone numbers in your lists, are stored and maintained by us in a secure and encrypted manner. MobileSphere has put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online. All information submitted is protected by our secure server, which automatically encrypts your personally identifiable information so that it cannot be read while traveling over the Internet.
  
  We Do Not Market or Sell Your Information
  MobileSphere does not sell or market contact information about our customers. In other words, we will not sell or market to any third-party your name, phone number, email address or contact information. MobileSphere also does not use internally, nor does it sell or market, our customers’ lists of phone numbers. We will not use, sell or market to any third-party the telephone numbers in your lists. Your lists of phone numbers are yours, not ours. You will retain full access to change, add to or delete any phone numbers in your lists, at any time.
  
  MobileSphere may contact you when you initially use our service, and may periodically contact you as a courtesy to ensure your experience is as good as it can be and to provide you with service updates. We will provide an opt-out method if you choose to stop receiving updates.
  
  Payment Processing
  In order to process your payments, MobileSphere may provide your billing information to our third-party payment processing vendors such as PayPal, Stripe, and other electronic payment processing gateways such as credit card companies.
  
  Use of Cookies
  To enhance your experience with our website, we use "cookies." Cookies are used by your computer's browser to store your preferences. Cookies, by themselves, do not tell us your email address or other personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide this information to us.
  
  Share slybroadcast
  If a user decides to use our referral tools to inform a friend about our website, service, or a special promotion, MobileSphere requests you provide the friend's phone number or email address to send out this specific information. MobileSphere does not reuse this information to market to the friend/recipient. Attachments are strictly forbidden and you expressly agree not to add any attachment to any correspondence send via the MobileSphere website. You also agree that you will not use these tools for any other purpose but to share this MobileSphere service with others.
  
  Legal Process/Disclaimer
  MobileSphere may disclose personally identifiable information or data in response to legal processes, subpoenas, or requests from law enforcement.
  
  How do slybroadcast voice modeling services work?
  Slybroadcast uses third parties’ solution, software and hardware to analyze and generate your audio recording. Slybroadcast analyzes your audio recordings and generates Voice Data from those recordings using our proprietary, AI-based technologies. Slybroadcast uses Voice Data to provide its voice services, including voice modeling, speech-to-speech, and dubbing services. For voice modeling, when you provide us with recordings of your voice, we utilize proprietary, AI-based technologies that analyze your speech characteristics to formulate a distinct voice model of your vocal traits. This voice model can be used to generate audio resembling your voice. Depending on where you reside, applicable law may define your Voice Data, as biometric data.
  
  How do we use and disclose your Voice Data?
  Slybroadcast processes your audio recordings and Voice Data to provide the Services, including but not limited to: (1) develop a voice model of your voice that can be used to generate synthetic audio sounding like your voice at your request,; (2) to the extent that you use the professional voice cloning services, to verify that it is your voice featured in the audio recordings you provided; (3) to research, develop and improve our AI models; and (4) as necessary, to store your Voice Data using third-party cloud services. Slybroadcast will disclose your Voice Data to any acquirer, successor, or assignee, or where required by applicable law.
  
  How long is the Voice Data retained and what happens to it at the end of the retention period?
  We retain your Voice Data as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes described above unless there are legal requirements to delete it earlier or to keep it for a longer period (such as a warrant or subpoena). When the retention period ends, your Voice Data is permanently deleted. Slybroadcast will not keep data it generates about your voice longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us, except as required by law.

  MobileSphere reserves the right to modify the provisions of this Privacy Statement if necessary. You agree that your continued use of the MobileSphere service shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as may be amended from time to time.
